Short Breaks 3 night minimum stay - £95

We do not accept short break bookings during the busier times of year, as we would be able to book for the whole week at these times. Although late-availability offers may be made in the event of a booking being cancelled.

We accept payment by cheque or credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by credit card, phone on 01341 250054, and ask for Debbie.

• Change of linen after 1 week of a 2-week holiday will attract another £15 fee.
• DAMAGE to our property or its contents are guests' responsibility.
• A NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT £50 per week is payable at the time of booking. The BALANCE is due FOUR weeks prior to arrival. We hold provisional bookings made by telephone or e-mail for only five days, pending receipt of deposit. All guests are kindly asked to note that payment of a deposit renders them liable to pay the balance, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
• Our Tin House is available for letting all year.
• Check-in time: Any time after 3.30pm
• Check-out time: By 10.30am. This enables us to ensure that the Tin House is ready for our next guests.
